Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile Management and Local SEO

For any business that serves customers in a specific area, the Google Business Profile is often the first thing a customer sees — before your website. We set it up properly and keep it active.

What Google Business Profile management includes

Profile setup and verification

Complete, accurate listing details, correctly categorized and verified.

Listing optimization

Services, hours, service areas, attributes and photos filled in properly rather than left half-complete.

Map visibility work

Local signals aligned so your business appears for nearby searches.

Review management

A process for requesting reviews and responding to them, including the difficult ones.

Regular posts and updates

The profile kept active rather than set up once and forgotten.

Why work with us

What you can expect

The same standard applies to every service we deliver.

A named person owns your project

One point of contact from the first conversation through to reporting. You never have to explain your business twice.

Reviewed before it reaches you

Our AI Engineering Team runs architecture, security, testing and documentation checks on every build, so quality checks happen consistently rather than only when there is time.

Reporting you can actually read

What ran, what it cost and what it produced — in plain language, not a dashboard export you have to interpret.

We tell you when something is not worth doing

If a service will not move your business forward, we will say so. See our pricing for what is included at each level.

How we work

A six-step process, every time

Read the detail on our process page.

01

Discovery

We learn your business, audience and goals before recommending anything.

02

Research

Competitor, market and audience research shape the strategy that follows.

03

Strategy

A plan built around your goals, budget and timeline — not a template.

04

Execution

The work itself, delivered to the standard described above.

05

Measurement

Tracking configured from the start, so results can be judged rather than guessed.

06

Reporting & iteration

What worked, what did not, and what we change next.

Common questions

Questions about Google Business Profile

Do I need a physical shop to have a profile?

No. Service-area businesses that visit customers can list without showing a street address.

Can you remove a negative review?

Only Google can remove reviews, and only if they breach its policies. What we can do is respond well — a professional reply to a bad review often reassures readers more than the review worried them.

How long does verification take?

Usually a few days, but it depends on the verification method Google offers and can occasionally take longer. This part is outside anyone's control.

Is this the same as SEO?

It overlaps. Local SEO and Google Business Profile work support each other, which is why we often run them together. See our SEO services.
