Specific service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed separately with each client, typically following a free consultation.

3. Consultations & Quotes

Free consultations and quotes provided through this website are non-binding estimates. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in a separate agreement or proposal before work begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, brand assets, and access needed for campaigns
  • Respond to requests for feedback or approvals within a reasonable time
  • Ensure they have the legal right to use any content, logos, or materials they provide to us

5. Payments

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and due dates, are agreed upon individually with each client before a project begins. Falkan AI reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

6. Advertising Spend

For paid advertising services, any ad spend (budget paid directly to Meta, Google, or other platforms) is separate from Falkan AI's service fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final approved deliverables created specifically for them (e.g. designs, ad creatives, website). Falkan AI retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests confidentiality in writing.

8. No Guaranteed Results

Digital marketing outcomes (reach, rankings, leads, sales) depend on many factors outside our direct control, including market conditions, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes. Falkan AI does not guarantee specific results and will not misrepresent performance data.

9. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Falkan AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
